ABOUT US ELITE was founded in 2016 as a specialty service by Kenneth R Percival (RUSH) and Synina Percival. Rush, who has 30+ years of experience in the aviation industry and 8 years in the irrigation industry, is a fully licensed irrigator and airframe and power plant (A&P) mechanic with knowledge and expertise in almost every aspect of the industries. This working experience has given him the opportunity to learn the irrigation and aircraft contracting service thoroughly. He is known for his attention to details and for the quality of his work. As customer requested him by name to service their irrigation and aircraft systems, he began to see that the industry was hungry for a higher quality than was being provided. His reputation grew for fewer warranty jobs, and a seed of an idea was planted that became his dream to provide these same customers and the entire irrigation and aircraft industry with the kind of quality service and pride in workmanship that they needed and deserved. He began to assemble the most highly qualified personnel who he had observed first hand to exhibit a pride in their work and the nucleus of ELITE was formed. Starting with Synina. He married his long time business associate, friend and soul mate Synina Percival in 2015 and together they formed the ELITE. A women owned Mom & Pop company that treats people the way ourselves want to be treated. Rush and Synina both love all animals, birds most of all and spend their free time enjoying their beautiful feathered babies which they are very proud of their flock. In response to an industry-wide need for higher quality and longer lasting irrigation and aircraft maintenance, ELITE has the capability of attending to all aspects of irrigation installation, maintenance, and modification industry, as well as aircraft repair, modification, manufacturing and certification programs for owners and operators of commercial and private transport. As recent, the ELITE has focused more on the irrigation industry and mainly consult in the aviation world while it paves the way for total customer satisfaction in quality and technical services as well as overall cost effectiveness and will save our client's money in the long run.
